The opening title sequence for tv series The Dewarists Season 2 – designed in collaboration with vfx artist Vijesh Rajan of Plexus.

Organic watercolor-type liquids stain an ancient looking parchment paper, forming visuals of the series’ musicians and thematic keywords of the show. We finally pull out to reveal that all the liquid bleeds through the whole parchment, revealing in the negative space the tagline and show title.

The Dewarists is a part music documentary, part travelogue that features inspiring life and career stories of musicians, who meet in inspiring locations across India collaborate to create original music.
